R3dpill AI provides marketing, lead generation, and CRM automation services to businesses. Specific deliverables, pricing, and timelines are set out in separate engagement agreements.
You must be at least 18 years old and have authority to bind the business you represent.
By providing your phone number to R3dpill AI through any of our forms, you expressly consent to receive SMS text messages from R3dpill AI.
SMS program description and use cases: Our SMS program sends informational and promotional text messages, including: (a) appointment confirmations and reminders for booked consultations; (b) follow-up messages after calls or meetings; (c) account and service notifications; and (d) promotional offers about R3dpill AI marketing, lead generation, and CRM automation services.
Message frequency: Message frequency varies based on your engagement; you may receive between 1 and 5 messages per week.
Message and data rates: Msg & data rates may apply. Standard message and data rates from your mobile carrier apply to all SMS messages sent and received through this program. R3dpill AI is not responsible for any charges incurred from your wireless carrier.
Opt-out instructions: You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any text message. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at [email protected].
Carrier liability disclaimer: Mobile carriers (including but not limited to AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, and other wireless service providers) are not liable for delayed, undelivered, or misdirected messages. Delivery of messages is subject to the effective transmission of your wireless carrier and is not guaranteed.
Privacy: Information you provide via SMS is governed by our Privacy Policy. We do not sell, rent, or share your SMS opt-in information or phone number with any third parties for their marketing or promotional purposes. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.
You may also receive emails and phone calls from R3dpill AI related to your inquiry or engagement. You may opt out of marketing emails at any time via the unsubscribe link in any email.

All content, branding, software, and materials provided through the Services are the property of R3dpill AI or its licensors. You may not reproduce or distribute them without written permission.
While we work hard to deliver results, we make no guarantee of specific business outcomes except as expressly stated in a written engagement agreement signed by both parties.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, R3dpill AI is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services. Total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold R3dpill AI harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your misuse of the Services or violation of these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time for violation of these Terms or for any lawful reason.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of West Virginia, USA. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in West Virginia.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance.
